Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high volume periods (launches, holidays), processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Rates calculated at checkout.

  • Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

  • We currently ship within the U.S. only. (International shipping coming soon!)

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Address Accuracy
